Etsy Finds!

It's Friday (T.G.I.F. suckasss!) which means it's time for another inspirational installation of Etsy finds for the week!  I was searching through Esty and found Jessica Swift's shop.  I pretty much love all of her work and thought I would devote my Etsy Finds this week exclusively to her art!  Here are some of my favorites of hers.  Anyone wanna send me some for Christmas? Just throwin' it out there. :)

The Wheatfield

I am a huge fan of thewheatfield on Etsy. Katie Daisy is the artist behind these bright and cheerful works. These are adorable! Love.

I'm loving her "states" series. She features the states of my life!

I was born deep in the heart of Texas...

...and raised in beautiful North Carolina...

...and relocated to sunny California!

Shy Thing.

In the past I've tried to hide it, but I'm a pretty shy person. It takes some time for me to get to know someone and really let my true colors show. Once I've gotten past that barrier, it feels so good to be myself with someone. My innate shyness is one of the reasons I love art by rosiemusic so much! She titles a lot of her illustrations as "too shy," or "shy boy and shy girl." Her illustrations are sweet and romantic. I love nothing more than being with the one I love, cozied up and crafting. What wonderful little images!

Inspirational Art.

My moods can take me on an emotional roller coaster sometimes. I'll be going along with focused intensity, and get blindsided by some melancholy aching that distracts me from my dreams. I've learned to embrace my moods, love them, nurture them. One thing that helps me transform them is to read inspirational messages. The artwork at Artsyville is perfect for anytime inspiration. I love these colorful prints!

Humorous Creativity

I love these humorous illustrations by Mike Joos, of Things People Say. Mike creates literal images of popular sayings. These just make me giggle. : )
