Pop those negative thoughts as they come!



Here's a fun method for dispelling those pesky  negative thoughts that sometimes enter our minds, causing us to inspect them and travel down that slippery slope of negative thinking.  Once I get going with the negative thinking, it can be difficult to stop.

Rather than get started at all, next time you notice a negative thought pop up, imagine it appearing as a cartoon-like thought bubble above your head.  Now, POP that bubble!  Simply pop it and let it go.  Release it.  It does not need incessant examination and analyzing...it needs to be let go so you can free your mind for more constructive thinking.  Here's to popping away!
