No one is immune.

I'm realizing
that no one is immune
to the ebbs and flows,
those inner worries and fears,
that spring up as a result
of this day to day life we lead.

I'm realizing
that we all have our own demons
which we must face,
big and small.
How interesting it is, that what
frightens one person at their core,
is the same thing that makes another laugh.

We cannot judge each others' struggles,
but only know that the struggle itself is something we all share.
