I've been thinking a lot of the dichotomy of our world lately. What goes up must come down. There is joy and there is intense sorrow. I like to feel peaceful and happy all the time, which is absolutely impossible. I must accept the darkness as well as the light to truly find balance. I like to live life as a peaceful hippie, which results in the stuffing down of anger and uncomfortable feelings at the risk of creating "bad karma." This quote got me thinking...

I am now opening to being totally pissed off sometimes, embracing all aspects of my experience, and being good for what I truly care about.
